Our music minion task-master sort of let these slip through the cracks.  Whoops!  He was just so busy whip-cracking over the backs of the music minions to get through the hymns for individual instruments that he never looked back to see what was missing . . . at least, that’s what he told us . . . (he does love to crack that whip, you know).
